The airport said that it was estimated to serve around 740 flights with 130,000 passengers on September 4.

We'd prepared for this surge in passenger numbers so there have been no serious congestions, the airport said.

Most of the passengers arrived from the central and northern region who return to the city to work after the holiday.

Passengers had to wait a long time to get their luggage.

It is expected that the airport will still be crowded until the holiday ends on September 5.
