The winners will take part in the 2017 World Robot Olympiad (WRO) to be held in Costa Rica in November.
Some 30 teams from around the country are expected to take part in the contest organised by the HCM City’s Department of Education and Training in co-operation with Việt Tinh Anh Joint Stock Company’s LEGO Education brand and HTV3 TV channel.
WRO, first held in 2004, has so far attracted more than 22,000 contestants from more than 60 countries.
