According to the National Centre for Hydro-meteorological Forecasting, the hot spell will affect northern region and central localities from Thanh Hoa to Phu Yen provinces from tomorrow, June 4. The highest temperature is forecasted to reach 35-37 degrees centigrade.
The northern and central regions are set for another hot spell in some days to come.
This is the hot snap of June. Northern and central regions would face 2-3 hot spells in the month. The country’s temperature is forecasted to be higher 0.5-1 degrees centigrade than previous years.
In June, the northern and central regions would face some rains along with flash floods.
