The southern central province of Ninh Thuan has approved a VND1.84 trillion (USD76.59 million) project to build an eco-tourist site.
The project will be located in the protection forest area of Song Sat and Song Trau lakes and is scheduled to be carried out in the 2021-2030 period.
The protection forest management board of Song Sat-Song Trau lake area has been instructed to build a technical specification dossier to call for investment in the project.
Under the plan, the project will be developed into two phases. The first from 2021 to 2025, and the second will be from 2026 to 2030.
It will include ecotourism, health care, nature exploration, conferencing, and seminar tourism services.
However, the project implementation and operation must not affect the forest's protection function and natural landscape.
