The airline will operate Airbus A320neo aircraft with a capacity of around 200 passengers. Flights will run every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday.
The new route is expected to boost tourism and trade between the two provinces while enabling travel packages linking Khanh Hoa's beach resorts with Quang Tri's historical, cultural and ecological attractions.

Through Cam Ranh International Airport, travellers from Quang Tri and Vietnam's north-central region will also gain easier access to southern Vietnam and international markets.
Nearly 1,000 seats were booked shortly after ticket sales opened, with load factors continuing to rise, reflecting strong demand for the new service.
The route was announced on Wednesday at a conference jointly organised by Khanh Hoa's Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Sun PhuQuoc Airways.
Alongside the launch, Khanh Hoa also introduced its Khanh Hoa Culture and Tourism Days in Quang Tri, aimed at promoting tourism cooperation, expanding visitor markets and developing regional tourism products.
