Many people cosplayed as Japanese anime and manga characters at the event.
A booth of Japanese noodles was also crowded with visitors.
Japanese beef, fresh fish, sushi, and ice cream also attracted lots of Vietnamese customers.
Vietnamese specialties were also sold at the festival.
There were many promotion programmes launched at the event.
Chairman of the municipal people’s committee Phan Van Mai said the festival not only represented cultural exchange and cooperation but also played an important role in the post-Covid-19 pandemic recovery process.
