The vehicles have been parking there between several months and years, but their owners have not yet come to take them. So, the station management board has had to pile them up to save space.

Mien Tay Station has published information about the vehicles on newspapers, clearly stipulating that one year after being reported, if owners still ignore, their vehicles will be confiscated and destroyed.

According to Mien Dong Station, since late 2018, the number of vehicles left idle there has reached nearly 200.

To ensure fire safety, all of these vehicles have their electrical equipment taken off.
