Deputy Prime Minister Le Van Thanh has approved a plan to develop the Binh Phu Industrial Park project which covers some 215 hectares in the northern province of Hoa Binh.

According to a decision signed by Deputy PM Thanh, the Phu My Group will invest in the project located in Mong Hoa Commune in Hoa Binh City.
Work on the industrial park will be implemented within 36 months after the site is handed over to the investor. The project will operate for 50 years from July 22.
Hoa Binh authorities have been asked to speed up the land reclamation, clearance and compensation processes as well as the conversion of land use purposes for the project. They also need to direct the investor to develop infrastructure for the industrial park to ensure the connectivity between factories and production facilities there.
Phu My Group was founded in 2009 with headquarters in Hanoi's Chuong My District.
In Hoa Binh Province, Phu My Group had earlier invested in the Mong Hoa industrial park infrastructure project covering 236 hectares. The group have also invested in some projects in Hanoi and Bac Giang District including the Phu Nghia Industrial Zone covering 170 hectares; Phu My Residential Area in Ha Dong District, Tien Phuong Residential Area in Chuong My District; Hoa Phu Industrial Zone covering 85 hectares in Bac Giang Province.
