The organiser of the Miss Vietnam Peace 2022 pageant has just been fined VND55 million for holding the competition without license.

The fine was issued to Minh Khang Vietnam Trading and Service Co., Ltd by the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee.
According to the committee, Minh Khang Vietnam Trading and Service Co., Ltd had organised the preliminary rounds of the Miss Vietnam Peace 2022 at a building in District 3 from July 31 to August 2 without having permission from local authorities.
The competition is now still going on with its final round in the central city of Danang.
Minh Khang announced at its recent press conference that the finale of the Miss Peace Vietnam 2022 was scheduled to take place in Danang City on September 11.
