According to the Hanoi Department of Construction, applications are being accepted for social housing units at the Thanh Lam-Dai Thinh 2 urban area project in Quang Minh Commune.

Under the plan, each building includes 89 apartments for sale and 33 units for rent. At CT05 tower, sale prices are set at around VND 14.6 million (approximately USD 573) per square metre. Apartments range from more than 56 square metres to 68 square metres, with prices from about VND 820 million (approximately USD 32,200) to over VND 998 million (approximately USD 39,200).
At CT06 tower, prices are slightly lower at around VND 14.5 million (approximately USD 569) per square metre. Units are priced from VND 813 million (approximately USD 31,900) to about VND 991 million (approximately USD 38,900).
The project is developed by HUD. Applications for purchase will be accepted from June 29 to August 12, while contracts are expected to be signed in November.
CT05 is scheduled for handover in the first quarter of 2027, while CT06 is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2027.
The project is currently among the cheapest social housing developments in Hanoi. Since late 2024, prices at many social housing projects in the capital have risen sharply, with some developments exceeding VND 32 million (approximately USD 1,255) per square metre. By comparison, prices below VND 15 million (approximately USD 590) per square metre in Quang Minh are considered low for the market.
Previously, the Hanoi Department of Construction also announced sales plans for CT01, CT02 and CT07 towers within the same urban area.
CT01 and CT02 include a total of 265 apartments, with 159 units for sale. Apartment sizes range from 54.53 square metres to 66.53 square metres, with prices around VND 15.7 million (approximately USD 617) per square metre. Units are priced from about VND 855 million (approximately USD 33,600) to over VND 1.04 billion (approximately USD 40,900).
CT07 includes 215 apartments, with 123 units for sale. Apartment sizes range from nearly 35 square metres to 69 square metres, while prices are set at around VND 15.77 million (approximately USD 620) per square metre.
