A representative from the district people’s committee and local authorities hailed the singer’s free-of-charge shows, but authorities have claimed that organising such unlicensed events poses risks related to fires and security.

At a meeting with local authorities on September 3, Tuan Hung was requested to seek permission from management agencies for such shows. The singer said he would conform to the regulation. However, on September 4, he continued organising the same live show from the balcony, attracting large numbers of people.
