In previous years, whenever Mount Fansipan was covered in frost, tourists flocked to take photos. However, at present, the cable car’s temporary suspension prevents visitors from reaching the summit.

Hoang Phuc Lam, deputy director of the National Centre for Hydro-meteorological Forecasting, said that the strongest cold weather would focus mostly from December to February next year.

From now to the year end, there would be 1-2 storms on the East Sea, which would directly affect Vietnam’s southern localities.
