Danang International Airport
According to report from the airport, the four tourists were taken to Danang International Airport on two cars arranged by the Quang Nam Provincial Department of Health on the afternoon of March 11.
Two of them, Richard Curtis and Amada Curtis were going to check in for a Vietnam Airline's flight to Noi Bai Airport in Hanoi that evening. The female passenger Amada Curtis was trembling when arriving at the check-in area. She was checked by the airport's health officers who reported her tremble but no fever.
Further checking by the airport authorities found that the two tourists boarded the same flight VN 163 from Hanoi to Danang on March 2 with two other British passengers who then tested positive for SARS-CoV-2 on March 8 in Danang.
The two tourists were denied boarding their flight to Hanoi and all four tourists who were being quarantined at the Boutique Hotel in Hoi An Town were taken back to the hotel.

According to a representative from the Quang Nam Provincial Department of Health, they followed an instruction by the Ministry of Health (MoH) which said foreign tourists who test negative for SARS-CoV-2 can be allowed to leave quarantine areas for their countries."However, we were not aware of the new MoH's instruction issued on the afternoon of March 11 which said these people should be kept at quarantine area for 14 days," the representative explained.
The representative also said that Mrs Amada Curtis has hypertension which might be the reason for her trembling at the airport.
