Water levels at Vu Gia and Thu Bon rivers in Quang Nam Province have reached their maximum capacity; Kon River in Binh Dinh and Dak Bla River in Kon Tum are also seeing high water levels which will continue to rise, the report said.
Flooding has killed four people, injured one and left four others missing in Thua Thien-Hue Province by the morning of November 6.
Meanwhile, many streets in the Hoi An Town in Quang Nam were submerged by the evening of November 5 while the water lever at Hoai Rive reached 2.62 metres by 4.30 pm. Many local people and tourists had been evacuated.
