It served as a forum to exchange experiences, share effective models for developing geoparks under UNESCO criteria, and reaffirm GGN’s role in linking heritage preservation with sustainable development.
At the event, representatives of Non Nuoc Cao Bang Global Geopark presented on preserving traditional craft villages linked with sustainable tourism and safeguarding minority languages, drawing strong interest from international delegates.
The Geopark also introduced a cultural space highlighting its geological, cultural, and historical heritage, natural landscapes, tourism routes, and traditional crafts, promoting Cao Bang’s rich identity and fostering opportunities for cooperation and experience-sharing in geopark management.
