The fireworks will be held from 9 pm to 9.15 pm on September 2.

Three sites will feature a combination of high- and low-altitude fireworks: the area at the entrance to the Saigon River Tunnel in An Khanh Ward; the new city centre in Binh Duong Ward; and Tam Thang Tower Square in Vung Tau Ward.

Four low-altitude fireworks sites will be located at Ba Ria Square Park in Ba Ria Ward; Dam Sen Cultural Park in Binh Thoi Ward; the SAIGON MARINA IFC tower in Saigon Ward; and the Kim Long Villa area near Rach Dia Bridge in Nha Be Commune.

From 8.30 pm to 9.30 pm on September 2, police will coordinate with relevant authorities to clear moorings and temporarily suspend waterway traffic around the fireworks sites.

The People's Committees of Saigon, An Khanh, Binh Thoi, Binh Duong, Ba Ria and Vung Tau wards, along with Nha Be Commune, have been instructed to direct police and military forces to ensure safety during the transportation of fireworks equipment and ammunition, at the launch sites and in areas where people gather to watch the displays.
