Hanoi has experienced poor air quality for many consecutive days. At 8 am today, some monitoring stations on the Air Visual system indicated that air pollution had reached the purple level, meaning very harmful to health.
Tay Ho District saw severe pollution, with the West Lake area, To Ngoc Van Street, and the Ciputra urban area reaching air quality indices (AQI) of 267, 264, and 255 respectively.
Long Bien Distirct faced the same situation with the AQI of 225 in Cu Khoi area.
The AQI in other areas of Hanoi, such as Le Duan Street and the Hoan Kiem Lake area, both measured 215.
