Heavy downpours have also flooded National Highway 1A.

Duc Pho Town has readied materials, equipment, and logistics to address flooding and evacuate residents when necessary.

As the water level on the Tra Cau River remains above alarm level 3, other wards in Duc Pho, including Pho Ninh, Pho Van, and Pho Thuan, are at risk of flooding.

Meanwhile, the water levels in the Huong, Bo, and Truoi rivers in Thua Thien-Hue Province are rising significantly.

The Thua Thien-Hue Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention and Search and Rescue has warned that rising floodwaters could inundate downstream areas.

This morning, November 25, about 290,000 students in Thua Thien-Hue Province were given the day off to ensure their safety due to the widespread flooding risk.
