A temporary house in Trung Hoa Commune

Over the recent years, local authorities have helped to build and upgrade some houses despite their limited budget, said Seo Van Su, chairman of Trung Hoa Commune.

Through Dantri/DTiNews, Su hoped donors could join hands to help eradicate temporary houses in the commune.

Dantri/DTiNews has launched the temporary housing eradication programme. During 2024-2025, the campaign wants to help build 100 houses for the poor in different localities nationwide.

Ngo Van Trien and his wife are both 80 years old. They are unable to work. Trien is disabled. Their children are all poor and cannot help them build a new house.

Ma Ba Nghiep is facing mental problems. His wife died. Every month, his family lives on just VND500,000 in benefit payments.
