Nguyen Thi Hang from Da Ton District said when travelling on Ly Thanh Tong Street, she feels worried due to the uncovered manholes, particularly in low light.
Local residents have to use tables, chairs and tree branches to create obstacles so that pedestrians can avoid accidents from the manholes.
Being uncovered, rubbish often flows into the manholes when it is rainy.
