People are allowed to be at the beach between 4.30 am - 7 am. They are not allowed to gather in groups of more than 10 people. Parties, sport activities, vendors, restaurants and bars are still banned on the beaches.

Many people were seen at the beach early in the morning to enjoy the sunrise.

A local man, Vo Ngoc Van, 65, said that he likes going swimming at the beach in the morning so he came early today. "I'm happy that the beaches open again after nearly three months," he said. "Now I can practise my favourite exercise again."

Besides Binh Dinh, beach lovers in some other localities in Vietnam including Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, and Danang can now also enjoy their time after their recent reopening.

The southern coastal province of Binh Dinh also decided to allow the resumption of other activities and services including restaurants, cafes, fitness and beauty care centres, museums, cinemas, and tourist sites from October 15. All facilities will operate at half capacity and close before 9 pm.
