The man's car windows have suffered from some cracks
The damage was reported along Street 20 in Hiep Binh Phuoc Ward, where several residents said their parked vehicles were found with cracked or broken windows.
One office worker said he left his car parked overnight on Street 20 on April 28. The next morning, he noticed a circular crack on the front windshield of his four-seater vehicle. Over the following week, two additional similar cracks appeared.
"Initially, I thought it was just a stone kicked up by another vehicle," he said. "But after discovering more cracks and hearing similar complaints from other car owners, I suspected it was intentional."
Another resident reported finding a circular hole in the rear windshield of his car, which had been parked directly in front of his home. Inside the vehicle, he discovered a metal pellet, raising concerns of deliberate vandalism or even airgun use.
Several affected car owners have replaced their damaged windshields and filed reports with local authorities. Police have launched an investigation to determine the cause and identify those responsible.
