The organiser and 13 models of a recent fashion show named “Dem hoi chan dai 7" (Long-Legged Girls’ Festival 7) in HCM City will face fines due to an illegal lingerie performance, according to the local Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
Unlicensed performance
The programme advertises wine illegally, their printed invitation included images of nude models and the show featured an unlicensed lingerie show.
The violators listed are the organisers of the event, Venus Company as well as the models, including 'lingerie queens', Ngoc Trinh, Thai Ha, Andrea and Dieu Huyen. The fines will be calculated in accordance with government decree 75.

Vo Trong Nam, Director of the HCM City Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, said that the lingerie performance was not included in the reported programme.
A representative from the department said the Venus Company added unlicensed performances into the official show at the last minute.
The department said they will tighten control over licensing programmes for the Venus Company. If the violations continue, they may be denied licenses in the future.
