Vietnamese and foreign artists alike have been hailed for their great contributions to the success of this year’s Hue Festival.
65 art groups featuring 500 foreign artists from 27 countries, 2,000 Vietnamese professional artists, composers, actors and photographers, and 3,000 amateurs took part in the festival.
