Three small children in the northern province of Bac Ninh are in desperate need of financial support after their parents died in a traffic accident.

The couple Nguyen Minh Phu and Truong Thi Loi died in a traffic accident when transporting vegetables on their motorbike to Hanoi, leaving behind their three children.
The oldest child is seven years old and the second and third are three years and five months old. The three-old child continues playing with neighbouring children, saying that his parents are still selling vegetables in Hanoi.
Lac Ve Commune Chairman Le Dang Nghia said the couple were on the locality's list of poor households. Every day, they travelled around 30 km to sell their vegetables in Hanoi. Five years ago, they built a small new house, but had to borrowed money from banks and their relatives.
