The list consists of Belt Road 4 in Hanoi and Ring Road 3 in HCM City and Chau Doc-Soc Trang-Can Tho, Khanh Hoa-Buon Ma Thuot and Bien Hoa-Vung Tau highways.

The design of Belt Road 4 in Hanoi
Belt Road 4 in Hanoi has a total length of 112 kilometres, travelling through Hanoi, Hung Yen and Bac Ninh and costing VND85.8 trillion (USD3.65 billion). By early May, around half of the project’s land was handed over to the investor.
HCM City Ring Road 3 is 76 kilometres long, running through HCM City, Dong Nai, Binh Duong and Long An. Its total investment is VND75.3 trillion.
The Chau Doc-Can Tho-Soc Trang Highway is 188 kilometres long and has a total investment of VND44.7 trillion.
Meanwhile, the Ministry of Transport has also planned to complete nine other transport projects by the year-end.
In the first quarter, work on five transport projects 5 was started, including the upgrade of Hanoi-Vinh and Vinh-Nha Trang railway sections and the section of National Highway 14E running through the central province of Quang Nam.
