Huynh Cong Thinh, one of the world\'s most valuable IT professionals as honoured by Microsoft Corporation

For the third time in a row, Huynh Cong Thinh, a lecturer in Ho Chi Minh City, has won Microsoft’s Most Valuable Professional Award.

Thinh, a 24-year-old lecturer at the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology, is the founder and administrator of WindowsVn Forums at http://windowsvn.net, a local IT forum that currently has around 80,000 members.

The award is given annually to exceptional technical community leaders worldwide who voluntarily share their knowledge about Microsoft technologies with others.
