The show aims to feature the overall picture of a colourful Vietnam featuring the cultural characteristics of the country’s 54 ethnic groups.

The organisers said the programme will contribute to promoting the cultural value of brocade weaving, introduce products of ethnic minorities in Vietnam, and bring these products to international markets, towards building a national brocade-based garment brand and culture industry.

Through activities such as traditional art performances, handicraft products and culinary arts, attendees will have the opportunity to find out more about Vietnam’s economic, societal, scientific and technological advances, helping to promote trade, tourism and investment in the coming years.

Each country will organise a national day at the expo. Vietnam Day will be held on December 30 with events to promote the country in many fields.
