A bomb is discovered at a construction site in Dak Lak Province on July 4.
According to Dak Lieng Commune People’s Committee, a large bomb was unearthed at around 4.30 pm on July 4 while Bui Tan Huong and his family were excavating land for a new home.
The family immediately alerted local authorities upon the discovery. The commune’s military command quickly arrived at the scene and identified the object as a bomb measuring approximately 90 centimetres in length and 20 centimetres in diameter.
The area has been cordoned off, and security personnel have been deployed to guard the site in accordance with safety regulations.

To ensure public safety, the Dak Lieng Commune administration has submitted an official request for specialised forces to handle and dispose of the explosive device in line with national protocols.
