>> 14 year old suffers unthinkable torture
Two accomplices who participated in the unconscionable torture of a 14-year-old boy were arrested on May 4, according to Senior Lieutenant-Colonel Nguyen Truong Ha, Deputy Chief of Dam Doi District’s Police.
They are Luu Van Khanh and Lam Ly Huynh who worked for Huynh Thanh Giang, owner of a shrimp farm, which is the same place where Nguyen Hao Anh worked and was horribly tortured.

Giang and his wife have been charged for torturing the 14 year old boy. Giang is now in custody while his wife is out on bail because she has to tend to her baby who is under 36 months.
According to investigators, Khanh and Huynh not only witnessed the couple torturing Hao Anh without intervening or reporting the case to authorities, they also participated in beating Hao Anh.
Criminal Technique Department of Ca Mau’s provincial police also announced their health examinations that Hao Anh's injuries were sever and extensive.
Immediately after checking Hao Anh's injuries, Colonel Nguyen Thanh Nam, Director of Ca Mau’s Provincial Police requested that the Head of the People’s Procuracy and the Provincial People's Tribunal President of Ca Mau direct their staff to coordinate with Ca Mau’s Police and other relevant bodies of Dam Doi to deal with the case.
