
Three people in a family in Hanoi's Hoai Duc District have died after a fire broke out at their house on July 19.
The fire occurred at around 2 am at a two-storey house in An Khanh Commune. The house, which covers 120 square metres was also used as a bike shop.
More than 50 fire policemen and 16 engines were sent to the site for rescue work. The fire was controlled at 3am.
Three bodies were found inside the house. They were identified as the house's owner, a 38-year-old man, his 33-year-old wife, and their seven-year-old daughter.
Many devices and furniture in the house and the bike shop were burnt down by the fire.
Police are further investigating the cause of the fire.
