Tan Huong Commune’s sugarcane honey facilities in Tan Ky District are operating at full capacity.



Nguyen Xuan Duc from the village said that residents’ honey sugarcane crop often lasts four months, starting from the beginning of the 11th lunar month.

To have the highest quality honey, sugarcane must be pressed on the same day.



"The sugarcane honey-making process is the most time-consuming and complicated. People must constantly stir the sugarcane juice. When the juice turns viscous and takes on a brownish-yellow colour, the task is completed.
