Aleix Moya Domenech, a Spanish visitor, reported to Phong Nha police that he had forgotten his bag on the train. Upon receiving the information, officers swiftly coordinated with Dong Hoi and Dong Ha railway stations and relevant departments to verify the case.
Following checks and communication between the stations, the bag was located, safely secured and returned to its owner.
In a letter of thanks to Phong Nha police, Domenech expressed his appreciation for the prompt and professional assistance provided by the officers and related units.
He said the timely support allowed him to recover all his belongings and continue his journey without disruption.
