Petrol prices sharply increase in latest adjustment

Following the latest adjustment, the price of E5RON92 biofuel increased by VND1,160 per litre to VND22,790 per litre and RON95 by VND 1,170 to VND 23,960 per litre.

Diesel prices have also been raised by VND 1,110 to VND 20,610 per litre, and kerosene price increased by VND1,081 to VND20,270 per litre.

The prices of mazut oil also went up by VND 810 per kilo to VND16,530 per kilo.

The two ministries have decided to not extract petrol oil prices for the price stablisation fund this time.

Since the beginning of this year, the ministries have adjusted petrol prices 22 times including 12 times up, seven down, and three unchanged.
