
On the morning of February 3, a high level delegation representing the Party Central Committee, the State President, the National Assembly, the Government and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee paid tribute to President Ho Chi Minh at his mausoleum.
At 7.10 am, the delegation, joined by representatives from ministries, agencies and mass organisations, held a wreath laying ceremony in solemn remembrance.

Those attending included Party General Secretary To Lam, former Party General Secretary Nong Duc Manh, State President Luong Cuong, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, former Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man, former National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan, and Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu.
The delegation also comprised members of the Politburo, Secretaries of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Ministers, Deputy Chairpersons of the National Assembly, along with current and former Party and state leaders and senior officials from central agencies.

Party and state leaders expressed deep respect and gratitude for the immense contributions of President Ho Chi Minh to the nation.

Following the visit to the mausoleum, the delegation laid wreaths at the Martyrs Memorial on Bac Son Street in Hanoi.

The ceremony honoured the fallen heroes who fought bravely and sacrificed their lives for national independence, freedom and reunification.
