Rescue forces find some broken parts of their boat drifting ashore at Cat Hai Town.
According to the Tan An Ward People's Committee, the body of Nguyen Van Xa, 53, was found late Sunday afternoon drifting in waters off Quang Yen Town.
Xa, his wife and their 18-year-old son Nguyen Tuan Anh remain missing after they went fishing off Cat Hai Town, Haiphong City on August 3 when there were strong winds and high waves. By 6 pm on August 4, their relatives were unable to contact them and informed Cat Hai Border Guard Station on the morning of August 5.
Rescue forces were sent to look for the family and they found some broken parts of their boat drifting ashore at Cat Hai Town.
Authorities are still looking for the other two.
