The VND33 billion (USD1.29 million) project is located in Loc An Commune in Bao Lam District. It was approved in 2017 and was scheduled to be completed in 2019.

The Trung Nguyen Legend project was designed to showcase and sell Trung Nguyen coffee products and other goods. It also includes dining and refreshment services.
However, in September 2022, the Lam Dong People's Committee decided to scrap the project because of long-standing delays, wasting the allocated land.
Trung Nguyen has been asked to comply with the decision and hand over the related land-use documents to the concerned agencies.
