The tourney is expected to draws more than 300 racers from 12 teams across the country, competing in 18 categories in the mixed, women's and men's events, according to Quan doi Nhan dan (People’s Army) online.
It will be a good chance to evaluate quality of the boat race training as well as promote the sport nationwide.
