On Thursday, the municipal people’s committee received the report about the case from the Covid-19 prevention and control steering board of Yen My District.

The man, who tested positive for the virus on Wednesday, lives at Viet My Urban Area in Hai Duong Province’s Cam Giang District which is facing the Covid-19 outbreak.
Fuji Bakelite Ltd. Co. is located at Thang Long II Industrial Park, Yen My District.
Yen My District has been instructed to urgently trace people who had close contact with the man to quarantine and provide with Covid-19 tests. Sterilisation also needs to be conducted in all vulnerable areas.
To date, local authorities have defined 26 people who had come into close contact with the man.
