The Flag Tower area has been graffitied

On the 800m-long route, visitors can admire and learn about the cannons placed on the Ky Dai Flag Tower, a 19th-century structure, and enjoy the panoramic view of the Ngo Mon site, Phu Van Lau and Nghinh Luong Dinh from a higher perspective, which is quite a new experience even for many locals living in the old capital.

Tourists in the Thuong Thanh area

The Thuong Thanh area has become a popular check-in spot for tourists.

However, recently, the Flag Tower area has been graffitied, so Hue City People's Committee and the Hue Monuments Conservation Centre have decided to temporarily close the route to repaint the affected sections and improve security.
