The incident happened at roughly 11 am at a Nam Ky Khoi Nghia Street building in District 1 while a group of workers were there.

Many people managed to escape safely, but one was buried. After being given first aid at the site, the 33-year-old victim was then taken to People’s Hospital 115 for further treatment for head and neck injuries.
Authorities of District 1 are investigating the cause of the accident.
The three-floor building is located on a 150-square-metre site.
