Smart City Hub is a platform jointly developed by Bespin Global Vietnam and Daewoo E&C’s Vietnamese subsidiary ‘THT Development’ for the operation management of smart cities in Vietnam.
H2O Hospitality is based on technology and consignment management expertise that has successfully carried out digital transformation of accommodation facilities in Korea, Japan and Southeast Asia. With the experience, H2O Hospitality can establish DT (Digital Transformation) service in Vietnam’s smart city, cloud foundation of Smart City Hub support, and focus on providing residential and accommodation consignment operation solutions in Smart City Hub.
Based on this agreement, two companies plan to strengthen cooperation in the construction and operation of digital transformation services for residential and accommodation facilities in smart cities that are being promoted by Southeast Asian countries, starting with Vietnam.

H2O Hospitality currently provides and operates integrated DT services for accommodations in 30 major Asian cities including Korea, Japan, Thailand, and Vietnam, and was recently the first in Asia to be ranked #1 in the Global Hotel Management System (PMS) 'Oracle'. By integrating its DT system with Hospitality, the company has secured a global hotel network of more than 300 hotels.
H2O's cumulative investment to date is 48 billion won (USD 35 millions) and starting with SparkLabs in 2015, it has attracted investment from leading investment firms such as Kakao Investment, KDB Bank, Gorilla PE, Intervest, NICE Investment Partners, and Kejora-Intervest Growth Fund.
