Since early this month, the city has received around 500,000 tourists, up 22.7 fold from the same period of last year. The figure includes 494,000 visitors, up 23 times on-year.

The local tourism sector has carried out many measures to boost tourism development, including Lam Dong Golden Tourism Week and Da Lat Flower Festival 2022.
These days, streets in Da Lat are often crowded due to a large influx of travellers. Minibuses are flocking to popular tourist sites such as Love Valley, Langbiang Mountain, Datlanla Waterfall and Ve Chai Pagoda. The sites are even more crowded on weekends.
The tourist surge has overwhelmed many local tourist sites.
According to Tran Men, chairman of Thanh Cong Lam Dong Tourism Joint Stock Company, tourists to Da Lat have drastically increased this summer. Love Valley-Dream Hill alone serves nearly 4,000 visitors per day, pulling in revenues of VND24 billion (USD1 million).
