According to the police from Dong Giang District, Ngo Ba Phat was caught red-handed driving a car with 38 dogs and some electric tools inside.
The gang stole 38 dogs in one night
Phat was detained on the spot, while the two others took advantage of the darkness to flee.
At the police station, Phat confessed that the three co-operated on the thefts. Phat admitted that his group had stolen dogs many times in Dong Giang District.
Two of them used a motorbike to catch dogs with electric tools while Phat drove the car behind them to transport the dogs after they were caught.
