The photos will be taken by the CCTV cameras installed on 14 roads in the inner city and roads leading to Tan Son Nhat Airport including Le Duan, Hai Ba Trung, Dien Bien Phu, Nguyen Thai Hoc, Pasteur, Nam Ky Khoi Nghia, Truong Son, Nguyen Thi Nghia and Ly Tu Trong.
The move aims to ensure better traffic in the city. Technology will be implemented to monitor and deal with road traffic violations.
According to the Department of Health, if any new streets are added to the monitoring list, they will publicly announce the news to the public at least seven days before the implementation.
