Held under the theme "Journey Connecting the Sea, Flowers and Highlands", the programme showcases the province's expanded tourism offerings, allowing visitors to combine coastal, highland and cultural experiences in a single trip.
The festival opens with a tourism, shopping and food fair in Dalat, followed by a hot-air balloon festival, a food festival, the Flower, Vegetable and Fruit Festival, the Lam Dong Night arts programme and other cultural events.
Sports tourism will also feature prominently, with the Lam Dong TriFactor 2026 triathlon taking place from August 14 to 16 in Tien Thanh Ward, bringing together domestic and international athletes.
The reopening of Lien Khuong International Airport after an upgrade is expected to improve access to the province ahead of the year-end peak travel season.
Local tourism officials said improved transport links and new inter-regional tourism products would help position Lam Dong as a high-quality, sustainable destination.
