Hanoi City Hop on-Hop Off Bus Tour will be launched by the Hanoi Transport and Services Corporation (Transerco) on May 30, bring tourists to famous destinations in the city.
A double-decker bus for Hanoi City Tour
"Hanoi City Tour Hop on-Hop off is a convenient service, helping tourists travel and visit well-known destinations in the city on the double-decker buses," said a representative of Transerco.
The first bus will go to 25 streets, 13 stops and 30 destinations in Hanoi. Tourists can easily schedule and explore Hanoi in their own ways. The bus will run every 30 minutes, from 9 am to 6.10 pm every day. Such services have run in London, New York, Vancouver, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur for years.
Inside the bus
According to Transerco, they have received three buses. Various ticket options will be offered to tourists. The operating hours and bus stops will also be adjusted in accordance with the opening hours of the pedestrian streets.
A double-decker bus can carry 80 passengers and meets the European emission standards. There are also free wifi, USB chargers and fridges on the bus. Tourists can choose to listen to music or history which is available in several languages while being on the bus.
