Tran Xuan Vu, owner of Beach Club Thien Cam, said the programme has been maintained for four consecutive years during the summer tourism season.
Hundreds of life jackets and flotation devices in various sizes have been prepared for both children and adults using the beach free of charge.

Users are asked to return the equipment after use so it can be shared with other visitors.
Vu said the initiative aimed not only to improve swimming safety but also to promote a friendly and welcoming image for the coastal tourism area.
However, he noted that many flotation devices were lost or damaged each year because some users failed to return them, forcing the business to purchase replacements annually.
To reduce losses, the club prioritises lending equipment to visitors swimming near its beachfront beverage area, making returns easier to manage.
