The pink grass season in Da Lat lasts from late November to early December every year.
The grass hills stretch over different areas, including Tuyen Lam Lake, Trai Mat and Sacom Pass. This year, the grass hill in Sacom Pass has lured visitors the most.
Over the past week, visitors have to pay VND50,000 to take photos at some spots on the grass hill.
Pink grass naturally develops on hills, cliffs or paths in Da Lat.
In early winter, the grass’s colour is pink in the morning and the best time to see it is at 8 am. The colour gradually turns brown in the afternoon.
