The Vietnamese pavilion at the 2013 Cuban International Book Fair has displayed books about President Ho Chi Minh, the revolutionary cause, the renewal process, and the Vietnamese country and people.
The international fair, Cuba’s 22nd, opened in Havana on February 15 with the participation of 150 bookstores representing 31 countries around the world..

The event has been dedicated to Angola, the first time an African nation has received the fair’s honour.

Cuban Book Institute President Zuleica Romay said the fair featured internationally renowned writers, poets, and scholars such as Spain’s Juan Madrid, Israel’s Amir Or, and Germany’s Hans Christoph.

The ten days of the fair (Feb 14–24) include a host of literature and international issue seminars as well as the debuts of the latest works from a variety of Cuban and international authors. It is Cuba’s largest annual cultural event.
